摘　　要：目的 :观察关节内冲洗和内服中药对膝骨性关节炎患者氧自由基代谢的影响和疗效。 方法 :6 2例膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节内冲洗和内服补肾健脾汤 ,对治疗前后的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量进行检测。结果 :治疗后SOD活性明显提高 ,LPO含量明显降低 (P均 <0 0 1) ,显效率 4 0 3% ,有效率 32 2 % ,进步 2 7 5 %。 结论Objective To evaluate the effect of intra-articlar irrigation with herbal decoction on oxygen free radical(OFR)metabolism of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint Methods The methods of pyrogallol and thiobarituric acid(TBA)fluorometry were used to test the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood cells and lipod peroxide(LPO) level in plasma of 62 patients with osteoarthritis before and after treatment.Patients were treated with irrigation of the knee joint and oral intake of herbal decoction Bushen Jianpi Tang(BSJPT)(补肾健脾汤).Lysholm knee joint score system was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results After treatment for 2 months SOD activity increased and LPO content decreased,compared with the pretreatment parameters,the difference was significant(P<0.01).According to Lysholm score system 40.3% of them had very satisfatory results,32.2% had satisfactory results,and 27.5% had good results.Conclusion Intra-articular irrigation and herbal decoction BSJBT could improve abnormal OFR metabolism of patients with osteoarthritis.
