摘　　要：阐述了影响1Cr18Ni9Ti管坯热穿孔工艺性能的因素,剖析了不锈钢荒管产生内折和纵裂的原因,提出了防止上述缺陷的措施。In this paper,it was studied that the reason of causing defectives workmanship that is folding and longitudinal cracks inside surface of stainless steel tube in lCr18Ni9Ti hot piercing and the ways of preventing above defectives was offered.
