摘　　要：《船舶安全与管理》是海船驾驶专业和轮机管理专业本科生、专科生的安全类主课，也是航海类专业教学改革力度最大的课程。本文旨在对该课程教学改革的背景、意图、内容、要求作一阶段性小结，供同行参考。Ship Safety and Management is the main safety course of all students majoring in navigation and marine engineering. It is also a course undertaking the deopest teaching innovation innavigation speciality, whose teaching results affect not only the occupational safety quality ofseamen and marine managers, but also the marine safety and the anti-pollution effects. Thisarticle gives a Periedic sununary of the background, intention, content and requiremnt of thiscourse's teaching innovation, and it is for coleagues' reference only.
