摘　　要：从清水公寓开发实践角度出发,探讨在一个人居环境恶劣,但区域又有着丰富传统文化的旧城区里,如何改造建设一个既能满足现代人生活需要,同时具有地方特色和经济上可承受的现代化小区。On the basis of the practice of Qingshui Apartment development, the author discusses how to reconstruct a modern residential district with local characteristics, both meeting the modern living needs and affordable in economy, in old city with adverse dwelling circumstances and rich traditional culture.
