换热器管子的Weibull分布研究

摘　　要：换热器管子腐蚀失效寿命服从于Weibull分布,根据管子的故障数据,就可以确定具体的分布形式。本文给出了根据故障数据进行分布假设检验,确定具体Wiebull分布参数的方法,为管子的可靠性定量分析提供了一种可行方法。The corrosion failure life of pipes in heat exchangers will comply with Weibull distribution. The concrete form oi distribution can be determined according to failure data of pipes. The method of determining parameters and hypothesis examination of Weibull distribution has been given in this pa-per, which are available to quantity analysis of reliability of pipes.
