摘　　要：建筑企业管理人才应由哪个专业来培养,在新的专业目录里没有明确提出来,本文认为应在工程管理专业增设建筑企业管理专业方向,或者把工程管理专业恢复为原建筑管理工程专业,以实现与国际接轨,求得建筑企业管理人才的兴旺,支柱产业——建筑业的大发展。It is indefinite to categorize the training of management students for constructive enterprise in the current specialty catalogue. The paper finds it advisable for the department of engineering management to offer courses of this subject. It is suggested to reinstate the specialty of engineering management into former one--the constructive engineering management, with the intention of going into international business with a large assembly of talents and a quicker development of constructive enterprise.
