摘　　要：本文讨论了社会发展、经济增长、国企改革都需要高校扩大招生,社会各界对子女接受高等教育更需要高校扩大招生。但是,招生的扩大与当前的经济形势的矛盾、与高校教育改革不相适应的矛盾、与高校现在所具有的软硬件的矛盾及提出解决矛盾的思路。This paper discusses that with the social development, economic growth and the reform of the national enterprise, there is a great need to increase HEI's student admissions. Parents and various social circles expect more chance to be offered for their child-care to get higher education. But the enlargement of admissions contradicts with present economic situation, the reform of HEI education, administration of university and other matters. This paper suggests approaches to solve these problems.
