摘　　要：本文提出并阐述了“四化”(即主动化、经常化、全员化、信息化)是新形势下高等学校毕业生就业工作的方向,探讨了实现“四化”的途经和方法。The paper puts forward and describes the four trends in graduate employment,that is initiative, regularity, entire personnel and information. The transformation of graduate employment in the new situation presents the orientation of our work and the approaches to realize it.
