摘　　要：国家律师制度的发展和完善，依法治军的需要，为军队律师制度的产生和发展提供了良好的契机，应尽快完善现行军队律师制度。建议明确军队律师的性质、确立军队法律顾问处的地位、恰当处理军队律师的收费。这对发挥军队律师的作用，实现依法治军，具有重要意义。The development and perfection of the national lawyer system and the need to rule the army according to the law provide a good opportunity for military lawyer system's producing and developing. We should perfect current military lawyer system as quickly as possible. The writer suggests clarifying the feature of military lawyers, establishing the legal status of legal advisers, office in the army properly,and defining the fees paid to the military lawyer. All these are very significant to make the most of military lawyers and to rule the army according to the law.
