摘  要:研究了轴对称矢量喷管在光谱2100~5260cm-1范围内红外特性的数值计算方法,并开发了三维计算程序,可以计算喷管在加力与非加力状态下的红外辐射特性。计算中考虑水蒸气和二氧化碳的光谱吸收与发射,在加力状态下还考虑烟粒子的光谱吸收与发射。给出了在光谱2100~5260cm-1范围内,轴对称矢量喷管在加力与非加力状态下壁面及喷口辐射的计算结果。应用本文的程序计算某型实际发动机上轴对称矢量喷管红外特性的结果与发动机试车的实验结果基本一致。Numerical simulation methods of infrared characteristics of vectored nozzle are studied and corresponding three dimensional program was developed. The program can compute infrared characteristics of nozzle in afterburning and non-afterburning conditions. Spectral emission and absorption of water vapor and carbon dioxide in non-afterburning condition as well as that of soot in afterburning condition were also considered in computation. The simulation results of axial-symmetrical vectored nozzle on wall and in the exit plane in afterburning and non-afterburning conditions in the spectrum range of 2100-5260 cm-1 are presented. The numerical calculation results obtained by simulation to a real engine are basically in agreement with the experimental data.
