摘　　要：目的 探讨平板运动试验后PTFV_1对左心房内径增大的诊断价值。方法 测定经超声心动描记术证实的56例左心房增大的高血压心脏病患者及34例左心房正常的高血压心脏病患者运动前后的PTFV_1,计算阳性率。结果 左心房增大组运动后PTFV_1阻性率明显高于运动前(P<0.01)。左心房正常组运动试验前后PTFV_1无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 运动试验后心电图PTFV_1改变可作为诊断左心房增大的敏感指标。Objective To study value of left artrial diameter with PTFV, in ECG after treadmill exercise tests. Methods PTFV1 in ECG before and after exercise were measured and positive rates were analysed in 56 enlarged left artrial patients and 34 normal left artrial ones with hypertention heart disease confirmed echocardiographically. Results The positive rates of PTFV1 after exercise were higher than before in patients with enlarged left artrial(P<0. 01). But those of normal left artrial unchanged (P>0. 05). Conclusion PTFV1 in ECG after exercise can be used as sensitive target to diagnotic left artrial diameter.
