摘 要:紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了铈离子和肴离子与DNA的相互作用.铈离子与DNA作用后,铈离子的差示紫外吸收峰呈减色效应,在272nm处出现新峰,DNA的差示紫外光谱呈增色效应,荧光强度减弱.这可能是铈离子对DNA具有切断作用,荧光强度减弱可能与铈离子及DNA之间的能量传递有关,铕离子与DNA作用后,对DNA的紫外光谱的特征吸收峰几乎没有影响.铕─苯丙氨酸与DNA作用后,紫外光谱呈减色效应,荧光强度剧烈减小,说明铕通过配体能加强与DNA的作用.The interaction of Ce ions with DNA was investigated by use of UV spectoscopy andfluorospectroscopy is reported. After the interaction between Ce ion and DNA, the intensity ofUV specta was increased and a new peak of 272urn was appeared in differential UV plot of Ceion, its fluorimetric intensity decreased and increase of characteristic peak in differential UV plotof DNA. It may be attributed to the scissoring effect on DNA by the contribution of Ce ion. Itmight be also in terms of the energy transfer between Ce ion and DNA. The interaction of Eu(Ⅲ) and DNA gave a small effect on the characteristic absorption peak of DNA in UV spectra.Hypochromicity was observed at 226nm and 258nm after the predicted interaction of Eu-phenylandine and DNA, fluorescent intensity was decreased obviously. It showed that, by its complex, Eu(Ⅲ) can strengthen the interaction with DNA.
