摘　　要：对赛江流域水环境保护功能区的合理划分及功能可达性分析进行探讨．在确定功能区划分的原则、方法、依据和水质目标并对排污趋势和水质变化趋势进行预测的基础上，分析各功能区水质目标的可达性，提出了主要纳污河段的污染物排放总量．在分析结果的基础上，制定流域水环境功能可达性建议和措施．The paper presents discussions on the rational division of the water environment protection functional zones in Sai River basin as well as analysis of the achievability of the functions.The principles,methodology and the basis of the division of functional zones are determinde,the water quality standards and pollution discharge as well as the water quality variation trend are forecasted,and achievability of the water quality standard of functional zones,total quantity of pollrtion of the major pollution-receiving reaches are posed.Based on the above analysis,the proposition of achiveability of water environment function on the reaches and measures are formulated.
