摘 要:设计一种新的微机化气动驱动装置,包括驱动系统和控制系统,驱动系统采用单泵气源,由同一膜片泵同时作为正负气源;控制系统由计算机控制电磁阀对大气开放使驱动气压稳定在设定范围,由传感器采集生理或模拟生理信号,经A/D转换后输入计算机系统,处理后输出相应信号对血泵泵率、驱动正压、驱动负压、正负压时间比进行调整,使血泵泵血活动接近生理规律.计算机程序用C语言写成,以图形界面与使用者进行人机对话,具备冻结、打印功能,实验结果可长期保存,并可记录.结果:模仿机体的减压反射、Starling法则对心脏调节活动进行检验,测试结果与预期符合.此装置与血泵结合构成人工心脏或左心辅助装置.A computerized pneumatically driving device includes a driving system and a control system. The single membrane pump plays as compressor and vacuum pump at the same time. The driving air pressure was stable in the option range, the physiological signals or simulated physiological signals were collected by transducers and input into the microcomputer. After processing the computer provided corresponding output signals which regulated the blood pump rate, driving pressure, driving vacuum, ratio of driving pressure time to driving vacuum time, enabled the blood pump pumping in accordance with physiological rules approximately. The results of experiment on simulating depressor reflex and Starling' s law on regulating the activity of heart were coming up to the experimental expectation.
