不同条件对海边月见草叶总黄酮成分提取的影响

摘　　要：用不同浓度的酒精在不同的条件下对海边月见草叶子总黄酮进行比较提取.并用聚酰胺吸附提纯和Al(NO3)3显色法测定了叶中总黄酮的含量,结果表明:65%的乙醇,70～80℃,浸提4h,提取率最高,达2.18%.Total flavonoids from leaf of Oenothera littaralis schlect were extracted by different content percent alcohol and purified by polycaprolactam. And the total flavonoids content percent were determined. The result shown: 65 percent alcohol, 70-80℃ , extraction time 4h was the best extraction way, the content percent of total flavonoids reached 2. 18 percent.
