摘　　要：反应性染料在纤维素染色中具有突出的地位,对染整厂而言,因反应性染料染色前、后处理复杂,降低染色成本费用十分重要.Sclavos公司为满足现代化染整厂的这一需求,开发了具有AquaChron净洗系统的Venus型染色机,AquaChron净洗系统可以使反应性染料染色品在喷射染色机中的水洗时间明显缩短,耗水量降到最小.Reactive dyestuffs posses a prominent place in dyeing cellulosic fibers. The need to reduce the dyeing costs, due to extended pre-and post-treatment stages in reactive dyeing, is of vital importance for a dyehouse. Sclavos S. A. recognising the needs a modern dyehouse, developed the VENUS-dyeing machine with the AquaChron rinsing system . The AquaChron rinsing system manages to reduce considerably the washing off process time of reactive dyeing in Jet machines with minimum water consumption.
