动态血压监测技术的临床应用价值

摘　　要：分析了58例原发性高血压患者治疗前后的动态血压监测,结果显示动态血压监测可真实、全面反映患者24小时血压状况,昼夜节律,治疗后降压疗效。因此,动态血压监测对高血压治疗、估计预后等方面,具有重要的临床价值。The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)of 58 patients with primary hypertension before and after treatmtnt was observed.The results showed that ABPM may show truly and overally bolld pressure change in 24 hours,rhythm of bolood pressure in day and night,and the antihypertensive effect ofter treatment.Therefore,ABPM was important clinical valuable in antihypertensive treatment and estimating prognosis.
