摘  要:低功率He-Ne激光对细菌生长有无影响,至今还是一个有争议的问题。本文就此问题,用不同功率密度的He-Ne激光束直接照射大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌的菌液,并设对照组作比较。结果显示:低功率He-Ne激光对细菌生长有无影响与细菌培养时间有关。若培养时间为4、12、16,小时,实验组与对照组无显著差异。当细菌培养时间在8小时左右时,t值达到最大,实验组与对照组有显著差异(白色萄萄球菌)、极显著差异(大肠杆菌),表明低功率He-Ne激光对白色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的生长有刺激作用。Up to now the effects of low-power He-Ne laser radiation on bacteria rernains disputable. A He-Ne laser with multiple powr-intensities was used to radiate inocula of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus albus, and comparison of radiated and unradiated sampleswas rnade. The results showed that the effects of low-power He-Ne laser radiation on thegrowth of bacteria had relationship to inoculation time. When the inoculation time was 4, 12or 16 hours, no sighficant differences between radiated and unradiated Samples were observed, and when the inoculation time was 8 hours, t-values of the compared samples reachedtheir peaks, with sighficant and very significan differences between radiated samples and thecontros in Stuphylococcus albus and Escherichia co1i respectively.These indicate that lowpower He-Ne laser radiation has stimulative effects on growth of bacteria
