副肝管在胆道手术中的临床意义

摘　　要：本文总结1012例胆道手术，发现11例副肝管存在病例，术中损伤4例，均作出相应妥善处理。由于副肝管的存在以及分流形式的多样，在胆道手术时稍有不慎，出现损伤的危险性很大，导致一系列术后并发症的产生。本文对如何防止及处理副肝管损伤进行了讨论。Accessory hepatic duct is easily injuried during the operation of biliary tract because of its varieties of anatomlcal position,and a series of severe complications after operation will happen. In 1012 operations of biliary tract performed from l985 to l995,we disc0vered 11 accessory hepatic ducts. Amony them, 4 were accidently injuried, but in consequence they got satisfactory management.The prevention and management of injury of accessory hepatic duct were also discussed.
