不同方法治疗尖锐湿疣对病人细胞免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究局部冷冻疗法和电灼疗法对尖锐湿疣病人机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：将48例尖锐湿疣对病人随机分成两组，甲组用液氮冷冻治疗，一周后复查，若疣体未完全脱落则再作治疗，直至疣体消失。乙组用高频电烧灼一次去除疣体。治疗前及治疗后2周分别检测病人外周血NK细胞、T淋巴细胞表型分布和血清白介素－2水平。结果：治疗前尖锐湿疣病人的CD₈^＋细胞数量明显高于正常对照组，CD₄^＋／CD₈^＋比值下降，血清白介素－2水平降低（P值分别小于0．01、0．01和0．001）。NK细胞、CD₃^＋细胞、CD₄^＋细胞有所减少，但在统计学上缺乏显著性意义（P＞0．05）。治疗后病人的细胞免疫功能有一定程度的改善，两组病人的复发率相当（P＞0．05）。结论：冷冻和电灼疗法去除尖税湿疣疣体对病人机体细胞免疫功能的影响基本一致。To study the effect of local cryotherapy and galvanocautery on immunologic function of the patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods:Forty-eight patients with condylomaacuminatum were divided into two groups: The first group was given local cryotherapy,Reexamined after one week; heated once more if the wart was not totally removed whole. The secondgroup was given galvanocautery, the wart was removed intact. The natural killer cells,lymphocytesubsets in peripheral blood and serum interleukin-2 of the patients were detected before and afterthe therapy. Results:Before therapy in the patients with condyloma acuminatum the numbers ofCD8+ lymphocytes were significant increased(P < 0. 01 ) and CD4+/CD8+ ratio descended(P <0. 01). The level of serum interleukin-2 was lower than normal(P < 0. 001). It is no significance in statistics(P >0. 05 ),although CD3+,CD4+ lymphocytes and natural killer cells were decreased. The patients' function of cellular immunity showed some degree of improvement after thetherapy. The recurrance rates of two groups patients have no significant difference(P > 0. 05).Conclusions: The effect to cellular immunity functions in patients with condyloma acuminatumusing cryotherapy on galvanocautery was basically the same.
