摘　　要：本文从讨论新型档案载体的概念和特点出发，论述了新型档案载体对档案实体管理、档案信息开发、档案人员素质、档案工作标准化、人们的档案和档案工作观念的变化等方面的影响。Abstract :From the viewpoint of discussing the concept and features of the new type of archival carrier, this article expounds the new type of archival carrier's influence on the management of archival bodies, the development of archival information, the quality of archival staff, the standard of archival work,and the change of people's ideas about archives and archival work, etc. It points out that the modernization of archival work is the only way for the development of archival work.
