柠檬酸促雏鸡生长作用机理的研究

摘　　要：在蛋用雏鸡日粮中添加0.1％柠檬酸,研究其对血液生化指标和回肠内容物中大肠杆菌数量、回肠内容物pH值以及回肠重量的影响。结果表明,柠檬酸显著升高血清钙和无机磷含量(P<0.01),提高Hb含量(P<0.05),降低SGOT活性(P<0.05),对回肠内容物pH值,内容物中大肠杆菌数量及回肠重量无影响。促进肠道对无机盐的吸收可能是柠檬酸促进雏鸡生长的主要机制。Adding citric acid into the diet, a trial with 24 egg-laying male chicks was con-ducted. The results showed that addition of 0. 1% citric acid increased the contents ofcalcium and inorganic phosphate in blood serum (P<0. 01) and the content of Hb (P<0. 05), decreased the activity of SGOT (P<0. 05). No effect of feed with 0. 1% citricacid on the quantity of Escherichia coli in the ileal contents, the PH value of the ilealcontents and ileal weight was observed. The analysis of the results indicated that theimprovement of absorption of inorganic salt in the intestine was the main mechanism ofthe growth-promoting effect of citric acid on chicks.
