摘　　要：目的探讨精神医学鉴定的相关问题。方法：我们对1991年至1996年在我院进行精神医学鉴定的206例病人进行了分析．结果：发现男性比女性稍多（134：72例）。年龄20～40岁的为多（76％）。文化分布以高中以上的多（55．7％）。病种以精神分裂症为多（29．0％）。得到治疗（67．4％）和免于处分（20．4％）均有相当比例。结论：本文研究表明，男性、青壮年、较有文化的病人成为被鉴定人群的主体，一旦检出有病，多能得到妥然的安置。Objective To explore the related questions inpsychiatric assessments. Method An analysis wasgiven to 206 outpatients taking psychiatricassessments.Results it was found that thereferrals of male patients were relatively more thanthose of females (72/134). And the referrals of 20~40 years old patients (76% ) were more thenthose of other age stages,those with highereducation was more than the others (55. 7% ),and thoseof schizophrenia (29% ) were more than of othermental disorders. A substantial group of cases wastreated (67. 4%) and free of disciplinary disposal(20. 4% ). Conclusion:Male,young and those withhigher education constitute of the majority ofreferrals. Most of patients can properly be settled asthey are found to have suffered from mentaldisorders.
