算图法测定聚醚酮酮的特性粘度

摘  要:测定了聚醚酮酮溶于浓硫酸中的特性粘度轨迹曲线。应用算图法,通过一次比浓粘度的测定,即可得到聚醚酮酮的特性粘度,并将所得结果与Huggins外推法、Solomon一Giuta单点法进行了比较。结果表明,采用算图法测定特性粘度,具有快速、准确、适用浓度范围更广等优点。The locus curve of intrinsic viscosity of PEKK dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid was measured with experimented. Using a nomographic technique, through a single reduced viscosity measurement. the intrinsic viscosity of PEKK was obtained. The results were compared with the extrapalation method and Solomon - Ciuta method. It was showed that a nomographic method would offer not only a quick and accurate intrisic viscosity but also an extended concentration applicability.
