大型脑膜瘤切环切除的效果评价

摘　　要：①目的评价用切环切除大型脑膜瘤的方法和优点。②方法用切环为５８例脑膜瘤病人行手术切除。③结果４９例肿瘤全切除，７例次全切除，２例大部切除，无手术死亡者。④结论用切环切除大型脑膜瘤是一种行之有效的手术方法。Objective To evaluate the method of large intracranial meningiomas resection with the diathermy loop. Methods 58 patients with intracranial meningiomas were operated on with diathermy loop. Results Among the 58 patients, total resection of the tumor was achieved in 49 cases, subtotal excision in 7, partial removal in 2. The operative mortality rate was 0. Conclusion The diathermy loop is a practical and effective instrument in the surgical management of large intracranial meningiomas.
