摘　　要：首次报道了我国带鱼科鱼类一新纪录──棘背带鱼Ａｓｓｕｒｇｅｒａｎｚａｃ（Ａｌｅｘａｎｄｅｒ，１９１６）。标本１尾，系１９９６年１０月捕自舟山群岛海域。文中对该种鱼的形态特征作了较详细的描述。A new Trichiuridae fishes Assurger anzac(Alexander,1916) obtained from the coastal waters of Zhoushan Archipelago in Oct. 1996, is for the first time recorded from Chinese waters.Its diagnostic features are as follows: Body is very elongated and remarkably compressed. Small forded caudal fin present. Body, depth 23.6 times and head length 11.8 times in standard length;snout length 2.6 times and eye diameter 7.6 times in head length. lnterorbital space and nape convex, with sagittal crest strongly elevated. Gill rakers spinescent 4+9. A single dorsal-fin, running almost the entire length of the body, the spinescent portion short and continuous with a very short soft rays portion, dorsal-fin elements l23(LXXⅢ -50). A small halberd-shaped spine and a pair of small spine pointing backward exist on anteriorand posterior basements of 1st to 73rd dorsal-fin spine respectively, but both small spines degenerate gradually. First anal-fin spine scale-like, with only 17 soft rays confined to posterior portion of the fin. Pelvic-fin of 1 scale-like spine. Vertebrae total 127,including 43 precaudal and 84 caudal vertebrae.
