摘　　要：目的：了解老年男性高血压患者有无胰岛素抵抗。方法：对４９例老年男性高血压病患者和３７例正常老年男性，测定空腹及服７５ｇ葡萄糖２ｈ后的血糖和胰岛素浓度。结果：老年男性高血压病患者血胰岛素的升高伴有葡萄糖升高，胰岛素敏感性指数降低。结论：老年男性高血压病患者存在胰岛素抵抗。Purpose:To study if there is insulin resistance in senila male patients with essential hypertension.Methods:49 senile male patients with essential hypertension and 37 senile men with normotension were selected for study.Serum glucose and insulin concentration of each subject at fasting and 2 hours after a 75g oral glucose load were measured.Results:Senile male patients with essential hypertension had higher serum insulin and glucose concentration and lower insulin sensivity index than those in normotension subjects.Conclusions:There is do insulin resistance in senile male patients with essential hypertension.
