菌陈蒿汤的抗炎镇痛作用

摘　　要：研究菌陈蒿汤的抗炎多痛效果,为临床用药提供理论依据,我们用3.0g·kg^(-1)和1.0g·kg^(-1)两个剂量作抗炎实验。结果发现,菌陈蒿汤可显著抑制醋酸诱发血管通透性的增加,高低剂量的抑制率分别为41.2％(P<0.01)和22.0％(P<0.05);可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀作用,最高抑制率分别为47.0％(P<0.01)和45.5％(P<0.01);可显著抑制棉球肉芽组织增生,抑制率分别为50.1％(P<0.01)和13.7％(P>0.05);可显著抑制醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应,抑制率分别为59.8％(P<0.01)和37.5％(P<0.01)。表明菌陈蒿汤有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。To investigate the antiinflammatory effects of Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Soup (ACTS), and provide relevant data for developing climical new uses. ACTS whs administered at the high dose(3.0g·Kg-1and low dose(1.0g·Kg-1). ACTS significantly inhibited the increase of dye ex-udation inducedby acetic acid. The inhibitionrates were 41.2 % (P<0.01) and 22.0 % ( P<0.05);Sig-nificantly inhibited carageenin- induced paw edema in rat the highest inhibitionrates were (%)are 47. 0%(P<0.01) and 45.5% (P<0.01), respectively; Sigrif icantly inhibited cotton pellet - induced granuloma fomation, the inhibition rates were are 50.1% (P< 0. 01) and 13. 7% (P >0. 05), respec-tively; Significantly reduced the mumber of writhes induced by actic acid, the inhibitionrates were 59.8 %(P<0.01)and37.5% (P<0.01), respectively. The Results indicate that ACTS have significantly antinflammatory and analgesic effects.
