西力欣在初乳中的动力学过程

摘　　要：目的:测定西力新在初乳中的含量。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定西力欣术后第二天在初乳及血清中的药物浓度。结果:乳汁药物浓度为1.43μg·ml^(-1),血清药物浓度为20.169μg·ml^(-1),二者之比平均为0.076。体重2.5kg新生儿日乳量约165ml,新生儿一天西力欣摄入量为932μg,相当于母亲治疗量的0.6‰～1.2‰。结论:剖宫产术后静脉注射西力欣1.5g预防感染,哺乳对新生儿一般不会产生不良反应。AIM: To Determine the contents of Cefuroxime colostrum Method: The concentra-tions of Cefuroxime were determined in colostrum and serum by high performance liquid chromato-graphyindirect photometric determination (HPLC- IPD) method Results:The average concentration of Cefuroxime in colostrum was 1.43μg·ml-1. The content 20. 16μg·ml-1, in serum the ratio of them was 0.076. in the meanwhile A new-born of 2.5 kg needs breast milk about 165ml every day. A new- born's intake of Cefuroxime is 932 μg/day. It was about 0.6‰-1.2‰(percent) of mother' s therapeutic dose. Conclusion: have no adverse creation to loctation a new - born in the period of using Cefuroxime 1.5g by intravenous drip to prevent infection.
