摘　　要：根据百色水利枢纽一期移民综合监理实施及进度计划编制方面的工作 ,提出移民搬迁安置实施进度计划编制工作的体会和具体方法。编制、实施完善的进度计划是移民工程进度控制的首要保证 ,按进度计划控制实施 ,是保证按期完成搬迁安置任务。Based on the comprehensive supervision of the first stage resettlement and the drafting of implementing schedule, the author introduce his experience and method of drafting resettlement schedule, and put forward that drafting and implementing a perfect schedule is all-important, controlling and implementing according to schedule is the key for completing resettlement and relocation task and achieving overall resettlement target.
