腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣临床应用范围。方法　临床应用带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣 31例。其中急诊一期修复胫腓骨开放性骨折 7例 ;二期修复小腿中下段创面 15例 ,修复足部创面 9例。结果　皮瓣全部成活。经随访皮瓣外观、质地及功能良好。皮瓣供区无功能障碍。结论　应用带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足部创面 ,皮瓣切取简便 ,成活率高 ,皮瓣面积大 (10 cm× 15 cm)。Objective To discuss the indication of sural nerve nutrition blood vessel flap.Methods 7 cases with open tibia fracture,15 cases with wound at central and lower calf,9 cases with wound at foot,all cases were treated with skin flap of sural nerve nutrition blood vessel.Results All flaps were survived completely.In follow-up,the texture,appearance and function of flap were good.Conclusion The procedure was a simple method,the survival rate was high.It is a new method to repair the wound of central and lower part of calf,and to repair the wound of foot.The key to ensure the survival of flap is operation skill and management of pedicle.
