摘　　要：目的　探索应用 Ilizarov外固定器治疗胫骨骨不连的方法。方法　对 16例病人依据骨不连的不同种类 ,采用不同种植骨术外用 Ilizarov外固定器固定 ,外固定时间为 4～ 9个月 ,平均 6个月。结果　术后 4～ 6周拍 X光片检查均可见明显骨痂生长 ,随访 1～ 4 a,效果良好。结论　 Ilizarov外固定器在治疗胫骨不连接中显示出适应性广泛 ,固定牢固 ,符合生物力学原则 ,骨痂生长迅速 ,早期离床活动 ,有利于关节活动等优点 ,该方法是治疗胫骨骨不连较为理想的方法之一 。Objective Probe the method of treating nonunion of tiba with Ilizarov external fixation.Methods According to the different kinds of nonunion of 16 patients,we used different kinds of bone graft,then fixed them with Ilizarov external fixation.Fixed period was from 4 months to 9 months with an average of 6 months.Results Results showed that obvious callus growing could be seen 4 weeks to 6 weeks after the operation.Follow up period was from 1 year to 4 years,the effect showed well.Conclusion Treatment for nonunion of tibia with Ilizarov external fixation had showed many advantages,As its wide indication,firm fixation,conform to the principe of biological mechanics and the callous growed rapidly,Patients could get up to active early,good for the activity of joint,and so on.It′s one of the best methods to treat tibia nonunion and worth popularizing.
