香港回归后粤港金融合作的衔接与发展

摘　　要：香港回归后，广东作为香港与内地金融合作发展的中继站，粤港两地都面临着难得的发展机遇。粤港两地金融衔接应该求同存异，以金融组织体系的衔接为微观基础，以金融法规衔接为根本，同时做好金融创新。After the return of Hong Kong ,Guangdong,a relay station for the financial cooperation and development between Hong Kong and the inland,faces the same rare opportunity of development as Hong Kong .The link of financial systems in Guangdong and Hong Kong should seek common ground while reserving differences :The link of financial organizations should be the microcosmic basis;The link of financial operating systems should be the key factor;The link of financial law and regulation should be the essential guarantee;The link of finances should be the central substance .Meanwhile ,these work concerning financial innovation ,financial supervision and the cultivation of financial personnel should be well carried out .
