摘　　要：一次性量筒式尿量监测器使传统的软塑引流袋记录每小时尿量的不便得到改善，经４５例临床应用证明量筒式尿量监测器体积小，结构简单，透明度好，刻度清晰、准确，质量可靠、无菌性强，使用安全，操作方便，为测定患者尿量提供了可靠的数据。A dose of cyclinderic uroflowmeter is a simple and effective volume apparatus for the need to monitor urine volume of patients hourly when shock,burn,extrocorporeal circulation and severe large surgery operation A dose of cyclinderic uroflowmeter prevent the defects of the plastic drainage bags used in monitoring urine volume by the hours The authors applied it to 45 patients,proved that it had the characteristics of small,fixable,transparency,clear and accurate graduate as well as simplest,quality,safety,sterieity,manipulation,decrease the nursing steps and the chance of nurse infection,provided correct data for the clinic
