摘　　要：观察不孕症２０例在妇科腹腔镜手术中ＣＯ２气腹前、气腹后充气２Ｌ、３Ｌ、充气３Ｌ加头低２０°～２５°４种状态下的脉率和平均动脉压，分析腹腔镜手术对脉率、平均动脉压的影响。强调术中要做好血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度的监测，选择适宜的气腹压力，在患者变换体位时要密切注视血氧饱和度的变化和呼吸情况，必要时监测肺功能。After observing 20 cases infertility parents' pulse and mean artery pressure during the course of peritonescopy under following conditions:1,before preumoperitoneum;2,after it;3,3liter gas filling;4,3liter with 20°～25℃ head lowering We analysis the effect on pulse and mAP due to peritonescopy,emphysize the importance of supervision of BP,mAP,Oxygen saturation,lung function and psyclwlogical nursing
