摘　　要：为完成某靶场末区测量系统的时间同步任务，达到高精度、小型化、可直接插入通用微机扩展槽的要求，提出了一种精密时统板的设计方法。这种板选取Ｉｎｔｅｌ公司８２５４－Ⅱ型可编程定时／计数芯片，运用无暂态数字锁相技术，产生高精度、高分辨率的时间信号，通过编程实现定时、守时并存贮、回显外触发精确时间值的功能。经硬件实验和Ｃ语言程序调试，满足技术指标。Based on the transient free digital phase lock technique,the method of designing a precise timing board for target range measurement is presented in this paper. The functions of the board include generating the time signal with high precision and high resolution,timing,keeping time,storing and displaying the time values of external trigger signal,Experimental results prove its feasibility and validity.
