摘　　要：实验室语音／数字电压表具有数码显示和语音输出双重功能。每当测量值发生变化时，该表能自动完成数码显示和语音报数。The speech sound/digital voltmeter for laboratory has two founctions of displaying digits and outputting speech sound. Whenever the testing data change, the voltmeter automatically completes the displaying of digits and counting-off speech sound.
