摘 要:目的改进消毒灭菌工作,降低医院内感染率。方法对81例新生儿应用呼吸器治疗的气管分泌物、呼吸治疗装置及空气进行细菌学监测。结果 81例气管分泌物细菌培养阳性52例(占64%),分离出病原菌137株。60份呼吸治疗装置细菌培养阳性25份(42%)。空气细菌培养结果,在护理操作进行时,细菌总数由400~2 000 cfu/m^3增至3 000~7 000 cfu/m^3。采取有效措施后使患儿痰培养阳性率由1991年86.7%降为1994年43.8%。结论加强呼吸治疗管理、选用戊二醛消毒是降低医院内感染的有效措施。Objective To improve clinical nursing operation and decrease hospital infection. Methods 81 newborns on ventilators were monitored bacterially and analysed.Results 52 out of 81 had positive trachea secretion bacterial culture,of which 137 strains of bacteria was seperated and coloned.Meanwhile 25 of the 60 ventilator accessory showed positive bacterial culture.As for the surronding air,3 000—7 000 cfu/m^3 bacterium was reported during the nursing operation.By effi- cient sterilization process,we effectively decreased the respiratory infection rate to 43.8% in 1994 from 86.7% in 1991.Conclusion Reduction of nosocomial infections can be aproached.
