越年春用蚕种中感后延期冷藏与孵化率

摘　　要：无论华系或日系蚕品种,越年春用种中间感温后（丙₁^丙₂）用2.5℃冷藏90日作夏用种是可行的:冷藏130日作早秋用种是不可行的.采取春用种分批中感,是既可作春用种又可作夏用种的一项有效冷藏技术措施.It was shown in the experiment to be feasible to use hibernating silkworm eggs,original-ly intended for spring rearing,for summer rearing when they were storaged at 2. 5℃ for 90days after the 'intermediate scnse temperature' treatment. In contrast,it was infeasible touse them for autumn rearing when they were storaged at 2. 5℃ for 130 days. Treating silk-worm eggs for spring rearing with 'intermediate sense temperature' in batches was shown tobe an effective cold storage measure for using them for both spring rearing and summer rear-ing.
