发育性髋脱位手术并发症的原因分析

摘　　要：本文总结了我院手术治疗的发育性髋脱位236例280髋的临床资料,其中男77例94髋,女159例186髋,患者年龄1岁10个月～38岁,平均7岁9个月,术后随访1～11年,平均3年10个月,共有58髋发生了不同种类的并发症,包括再脱位9髋,股骨头缺血性坏死11髋,关节僵硬31髋,骨性关节炎7髋。文中对各种并发症产生的原因进行了较全面的分析。280 hips in 236 cases with developmental dysplasis of hips treated by operations were reviewed in this paper. The cases consisted of 77 males (94 hips) and 159 females (186 hips),The averags age was 7 years and 9 months (1 year and 10 months 38 years old). The average follow-up period was 3 years and 10 months (1-11 years). Varieties of complications happend in 58 hips .including redislocation in 9 hips.avascular necrosis of femoral head in 11 hips .ankylosis in 31 hips and osteoarthritis in 7 hips. The authors give a thorough analysis of the causes of all kinds of complocations.
