摘　　要：采用胶原酶注射即化学溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,自1996年以来共治疗30例。局麻后在电视X线机控制下进行胶原酶注射,注射后住察1周,优良率达70％,作者认为化学溶核术较手术恢复快、痛苦小,是可选择的一种好方法。Thirty cases of Lumbar Disc herniation were treated with chemonucleovlvsis by injection of collagenase frome march 1996-The collagenase was injected after local-anesthesia using image intensifier Control. The patients were discharged from the hosital one week after the injection. During the final assessment ,the results were graded into 4 categories,eccellent in 7(23. 3%)cases,good in 14(46.7%),fair in 6(70%) and poor in 3(10%) The authers believe that Chemonucleovlvsis is a better alternative to dise Surgery,The majorrty.of the patients were satisfied.
