摘 要:本试验切除幼兔和成兔多节段全椎板观察其脊柱畸形情况,实验分为两组,幼兔组(A组):10只,日龄40天,体重460g(400~550g);成兔组(B组):10只,月龄6个月,体重2kg(1.5~2.5kg)。结果表明多节段全椎板切除可造成幼兔比成兔更多更重的畸形,如后凸、侧凸、椎体楔形变、滑脱及广泛的椎管内粘连。In this experiment multilevel laminectomy were performed in growing and grown rabbits to investigate the deformity of their sipnal column. The exerimental material consisted of two groups ? growing rabbits group (group A) : 10 rabbits operated on at the age of 40 days. The mean weight at time of era-tion was 460g range 400~550g. The grown rabbits group (group B):10 rabbits operated on at the age of 6 months with mean weight at time of operation 2kg rawge 1. 5~2. 5kg. The results demonstrated that multilevel laminectomy coull cause growing rabbits more spinal deformity than grown rabbits. Such as kypho-sisvscoliosis, vertebra wedge and spondylolisthesis. Growing rabbits have severey spinal intracanal adhesion
