摘 要:为了进一步探讨门静脉血流阻断对肝的影响,作如下实验。24只健康成年家兔分为(1)对照组:假手术;(2)实验组:门静脉右外支结扎术。术后第1,3,7天分别处死动物。取结扎叶肝组织行组织化学观察。结果,实验组肝琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),葡萄糖6磷酸酶(G6Pase),镁激活三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg2+ATPase),胆碱酯酶(ChE)等酶活性和糖原PAS反应明显降低;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性明显升高。术后第1,3,7天各动物肝的组织化学变化无显著性差异。结果表明:门静脉缺血将引起肝的代谢和功能损害。To demonstrate the influence of interrupting portal vein to liver, 24 healthy adult rabbits were divided into two groups: the normal control group, sham operation; and the experimental group, ligating the right lateral branch of portal vein. On the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after operation, the rabbits were respectively killed and the ligated lobe were dissected for histochemical examination. The results showed that the enzymic activities of SDH, G 6 Pase, Mg ATPase, ChE and PAS reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower. The enzymic activities of LDH, ACP and ALP were significantly higher. The changes showed no remarkable difference between two groups on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after operation. This study suggests that the ischemia of portal vein may induce damages of the metabolism and function of liver cell. The blood supply of portal vein plays the most important in the blood supply of liver.
