肝炎平对大鼠慢性肝损害保护作用的酶组织化学研究

摘　　要：中药肝炎平是我校肝病研究所在多年中西医结合治疗实践中总结出来的一组方剂。我们已观察肝炎平对Ｄ－Ｇａ１Ｎ所致的急性肝损害有保护作用。为了研究肝炎平对慢性实验性肝硬化是否有保护作用，我们采用了ＣＣＬ４所致大鼠肝硬化模型，观察了肝炎平对其保护作用。结果表明：肝炎平可提高ＮＯＳ、ＣＣＯ活性、降低ＭＡＯ、ＡＣＰ的活性，对保护肝脏有较好的作用。ompound Chinese Herbs Ganyanping (GYP) was developed by our institute based on the experience of many years in the medical practice of Integrated Traditonal Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. It was proved that GYP could protect acute liver injury in our previous study. In this study chronic liver injury model induced by CCl 4 was adopted to study the protective effects of GYP on experimantal liver necrosis. The experimental results showed that the enzymic activity of NOS and CCO were increased in GYP group, but the activity of ACP and MAO was decreased. There were no remarkable difference with normal control group. However, there were significant differences with model group. These findings suggest that GYP may protect liver from chronic injury by CCl 4 and have some anti fibrosis effect.
