四川小麦条锈菌生理小种监测及动态分析

摘　　要：本文论述了１９９０～１９９４年，四川小麦条锈菌生理小种组成及变异动态。５年来从全省小麦主产区和小麦条锈病常发区的９１个县（市），从７５个小麦品种（系）和２００余个杂交后代材料上收集２０１８份夏孢子标样，鉴定和重复鉴定了５０３份标样。鉴定出主要生理小种有条中１７号、１９号、２５号、２９号、３０号和３１号等１１个；生理类型有洛１０Ⅱ—Ⅴ、洛１３Ⅱ—Ⅻ、８８－１、８８—２等２０个；变异类型１０个。新发现的条中３０和３１号。? This paper discussed the physiological race composition and variation dynamics of Puccinia striiformis in wheat in Sichuan during 1990～1994.2018 summerspore standard samples were collected from 75 wheat varieties (lines) and 200 plus hybrid descendents in 91 counties or cities of Sichuan,of which 503 standard samples were tested and retested,11 main physiological races such as Tiaozhong17,19,25,29,30,31,etc.and 20 physiological types such as Lou 10 Ⅱ-Ⅴ,Lou 13Ⅱ-Ⅶ,881,882 and 10 variants were determined.Newlyfound Tiaozhong 30 and 31 would directly affect rust resistance variation of commercial wheat variety in Sichuan Province.
