摘  要:桃树根结线虫以卵和二龄幼虫在虫瘿和土中越冬。二龄幼虫在冲积土和紫色沙壤土中主要分布于0~50cm土层,粘壤土则集中分布于0~30cm土层;线虫量及垂直分布深度,冲积土>紫色沙壤土>粘壤土。二龄幼虫量的周年消长出现7个高峰,以3月底第5个高峰的虫量最大。用45℃、50℃恒温水或用有效成份为0.1%、0.05%铁灭克、克线磷或呋喃丹浸根。he eggs and second-instar larvae of pear root-knot nematode hibernate in galls and soil The second instar larve mainly distribute in the soil layer at a depth of 0-50cm in alluvial soil and purple sandy loam soil;and 0-30cm in clay loam soil.The rank of the amount and the depth of vertical distribution for this nematode in the three types of soils are:the alluvial soil>purple sandy loam soil>clay loam soil.The second-stage larve have 7 peaks within a year.The densest population occures at the fifth peak at the end of August.The result of control test showed that soaking the peach roots with nematicides(01% or 005% of Aldicarb,Fena-miphos or Carbofuran) were effective.An available method to reduce the pathogen's (Meloidogyne javanica) damage was found by soaking the peach sprout roots in water at a constant temperature of 45℃ for 25 min.or 50℃ for 15 min.
