摘  要:为了获得耐热油、高强度的油封材料,我们采用机械共混方法制备了NBR/PFPA-Ⅲ动态硫化热塑性弹性体,并研究了其返炼加工特性。结果表明,利用密炼机制备的热塑性弹性体具有优良的物理力学性能和成型加工性能。经初步应用,使用效果良好,具有广阔的应用前景。he acrylonitrilebutadiene (NBR)/petroleum fermented polyamide (PFPA) thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The effects of the mix equipment, types of curing systems, amount of curing systems, reprocessing times on mechanical properties of the NBR/PFPA TPE were discussed. The results show that the type and amount of curing systems has a great effect on properties of the NBR/PFPA TPE. TPEs reprocessing behavior is rather pleasing. With increasement of times for reprocessing, TPEs mechanical properties can be improved in some degree. The NBR/PFPA TPE have been used as oil seal and can satisfy the using requirements.
