摘　　要：“长线系统”用于全国长途电信线路的维护管理．系统适应电总－省－市三级管理．文中介绍了系统的背景、ＤＤＢ的设计、三级ＤＤＢ的实现结构以及通信软件的设计与实现．Telecommunication Line System is used in the management of telecommunication lines in China. The system suits to the three level management:telecommunication bureau general/province/city. The background of the system,the design of DDB and the implementation model of three level DDB,as well as the design and implementation of telecommunication software are described.
