低惯量喷油器的高精度自动调压装配系统

摘　　要：阐述了低惯量喷油器装配用高精度自动调压装配系统的工作原理。研究结果表明，采用研制的调压装配系统，可对这种喷油器总成自动进行压力调定，并达到规定的喷油压力精度。おhe principle of the high precision fuel pressure autoadjusting system for the low inertin injector is described in this paper.As the result,a new fuel pressure adjusting system has been developed.It could adjust fuel pressure of the fuel injector automatically and attain the fuel pressure to prescribed precision.The equipment consists of injector tester,electric apparatus,washers controller and sensors. The thickness of washers of injector is shown precisely and washers are sent off in the automatic equipment.Labour efficiency is raised by 100%.
