摘  要:对15MnVN钢手工电弧焊焊接接头的疲劳性能进行了试验研究。在旋转弯曲疲劳试验中,通过施加轴向载荷,改变试样的应力分布,以研究平均应力(应力比)对其疲劳强度的影响。试验结果表明,疲劳裂纹萌生于焊接缺陷。随轴向应力(平均应力)的增加,焊接接头疲劳强度降低;材料常数A和B呈指数性衰减。在应力比大于-0.5时,应力幅与疲劳寿命曲线近似为一组平行直线。疲劳强度(应力幅)与疲劳寿命的定量关系为Sa=329.404e-1.069R-25.709e-1.369RlgNf。オhe fatigue behavior of manual arc welded joint for 15MnVN steel was studied experimentally. In the rotary bending fatigue test, axial load was put successively on the specimens to change the distribution of stress in them. The results showed that the fatigue crack initialed mainly from welding defects in deposited metal and the fatigue strength of welded joints was decreased by increasing mean stress. Material coefficients of A and B decreased exponentially while mean stress increased. When the stress ratio is bigger than -05 the fatigue cures are similarly a set of parallel lines. The quantitative function of fatigue strength (stress rang) and fatigue life is Sa=329404e-1069R-25709e-1369RlgNf.
